Start of 2017 I decided that I would keep track of my body transformation as part of my new year resolution. So starting January 2017 after a hard, stressful pressured end to 2016 which lead to me not really maintaining my normal training and nutrition. I've started the year training 4-5 times a week cardio and weight resistance training, nutrition included.....

HERBALIFE SHAKES for breakfast, healthy balanced diet NATURAL FOODS for lunch, dinner and snacks, WATER or herbal tea/fruit infused water with protein required that my body needs regarding how much I train.

So my results in 4 weeks January - February.

Weight - Jan = 12.13st Weight - Feb = 11.08st

Weight - Mar = Body Fat% - Jan = 14.4% Body Fat% - Feb = 12.12%

Body Fat% - Mar = Muscle mass - Jan = 10.76 Muscle mass - Feb = 12.12

Muscle mass - Mar = Water% - Jan = 57.7% Water% - Feb = 61.5%

Water% - Mar = % Physique Rating - Jan = 5 Physique Rating - Feb = 6

Physique Rating - Mar = Metabolic Age - Jan = 18 Metabolic Age - Feb = 17

Services provided personal training cardio and weight resistance training, exercise programmes, meal plans, exercise and nutrition advice along with motivational encouragement.
