Banana x 1 small

Oats x 1 small pack

Almonds x Handful

Coconut water x 250ml

Natural low fat youghut x 3 tablespoons

Vanilla whey protein shake x 1 scoop

2. Melon and Pear Breakfast Shake:

Small white melon x Half

Pear x Half

Oats x 1 small pack

Almonds x Small handful

Semi skimmed milk x 250ml

Natural low fat youghut x 3 tablespoons

Vanilla whey protein shake x 1 scoop

3. Watermelon and Strawberry Breakfast Shake:

Watermelon x quarter

Strawberries x 4 or 5

Granola x Handful

Almond milk x 100ml

Coconut Water x 200ml

Vanilla whey protein shake x 1 scoop

4. Pineapple, Apple and Banana Breakfast Shake:

Pineapple x few pineapple slices

Apple x half an apple

Banana x 1 small banana

Almond Milk x 100ml

Coconut Water x 200ml

Vanilla whey protein shake x 1 scoop

5. Orange, Mango and Banana Breakfast Shake:

Orange x Half

Mango x Half

Banana x 1 Small banana

Almond Nuts x Handful

Almond Milk x 300ml

Vanilla whey protein shake x 1 scoop

6. Granola and Banana Breakfast Shake:

Granola x Handful

Banana x 1

Peanut and coconut butter x 1 tablespoon

Honey x 2 tablespoons

Coconut milk x 250ml

Vanilla whey protein shake x 1 scoop

7. Barrie and Grape Breakfast Shake:

Strawberries

Raspberries

Green grapes

Natural low fat youghut x 3 tablespoons

Aole vare water x 200ml
